Every great project starts with a conversation. During your complimentary consultation, you’ll receive a detailed estimate based on your goals, design preferences, and investment range.

Once you’re comfortable and ready to move forward, our team will guide you every step of the way until your project is complete.
Payment Milestone: 15% deposit due at contract signing
After signing your contract, our Measurement Project Coordinator, Tony Bowie, will contact you within approximately one wee to schedule your on-site measurement appointment. Accurate measurements ensure your design, materials, and construction plans are precise from day one

Within about two weeks of your final measurement, our licensed residential builder prepares a detailed rendering of your project.
This visual layout allows you to see your project before construction begins and helps streamline the approval process if required.
If your neighborhood has an HOA, you (the homeowner) will submit your application for approval.
Our team provides all necessary documents to make this. Once approval is received, simply forward it to our office and we’ll move ahead.
No HOA? You can approve your drawing and proceed immediately.
Payment Milestone: 35% due at drawing & HOA approval
For additions, a certified “as-built” plot plan may be required to obtain permits.
If you already have one, great! If not, we’ll let you know what’s needed so permitting stays on track.
For structural additions such as new rooms or roof modifications, certified engineering drawings may be required.
We coordinate this step to ensure your project meets all structural and safety standards.
Once approvals, surveys, and engineering are complete, we secure the necessary building permits
We make sure everything meets local codes so your project proceeds without suprises.
After your permit is issued, your custom materials are ordered.
Our Customer Service & Operations Manager will contact you with a tentative start date once materials arrive. While timelines are estimates and can be affected by weather or supply availability, we keep you informed every step of the way.
When your scheduled start date arrives, our Lead installer and crew being construction.
Your project may include preliminary, intermediate, and final inspections depending on code requirements. We coordinate with inspectors to keep everything moving efficiently.
Payment Milestone: 30% due at project start.
Once construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you.
This is your time to ask questions, review the finished work, and learn how to operate and care for your new space. You’ll also receive your closing package, including warranty information and referral incentives.
Payment Milestone: Final 20% due after final inspection.
