Eligibility: The 45th Anniversary Pergola Giveaway is open to legal residents of Horry and Georgetown Counties, South Carolina, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Carolina Home Exteriors, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on February 1, 2025 and ends on May 31st, 2025. All entries must be received by May 31st, 2025 at 11:59 pm.

How To Enter: To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available on the Carolina Home Exteriors website, at events attended by Carolina Home Exteriors, or in the office located at 11730 Frontage Road, Murrells Inlet.

Prize: One (1)Winner will receive a white Aria pergola manufactured by Renaissance Patio Products, valued at $10,000. The prize includes the cost of materials, installation, and required permit fees. The pergola must be installed on an existing slab, and the winner must provide a property survey for installation eligibility. No substitutions, upgrades, or cash alternatives are allowed.
Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and will be notified via email and phone number withing 10 days after the Giveaway period ends. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Installation Requirements: The pergola must be installed at the winner’s residence located within Horry and Georgetown Counties, South Carolina. The installation site must have an existing slab suitable for installation. If the site is deemed unsuitable by Carolina Home Exteriors, the winner may forfeit the prize. The winner must provide a property survey before installation.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to allow Carolina Home Exteriors their name, likeness, and photographs of the installed pergola without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability: Carolina Home Exteriors is not responsible for any issues arising from the installation or use of the pergola. The winner agrees to hold Carolina Home Exteriors harmless from any claims related to the giveaway or prize installation.

Disputes: This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Any disputes arising under this Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
