Complimentary Consultation: At our initial complimentary consultation, you will receive an estimate based on your needs and financial investment. Once your quote is agreed upon, our office staff will work with you until the completion of your project.
Final Measurements: Upon signing your contract, our Measurement Project Coordination will contact you within approximately 1 week to schedule an on site measurement appointment at your convenience.
Design & Drawing Layout: Our licensed residential builder will prepare a rendering of your customer project for you within approximately 2 weeks of your final measurements. This rendering will visualize the project and assist you in submitting your application to the HOA for approval. IF HOA approval is not required, the project timeline will start upon your approval of the drawing.
Home Owners Association Approval: You (the homeowner) are responsible for submitting your request to your HOA. Our team will help you get any documents you require. Once you receive your HOA Approval, please forward it to [email protected] and be prepared to make your second payment. If you do not have an HOA, you can approve your drawing yourself and proceed.

Engineering: If we are adding a room addition or roof, we are required to submit an engineering drawing to get a permit. We will send your project to engineering upon drawing or HOA Approval.
Buildings Permits & Code Compliance: Once approval is obtained, and we have the survey and engineering we will move along with ordering the building permit.
Material Ordering, Deliver, & Scheduling: Once the permit is issued, your custom materials will be ordered. Our Customer Service & Operations Manager will send you an email with a tentative project start date when you materials arrive.
