Their estimator was great and had pricing to me super fast, their contract was very straight forward and the windows came in exactly as they predicted. My installer was Wallace Laws and he was extremely professional and polite. He kept me informed of the install process, always showed up when he said, and did an amazing job.

Carolina Home Exteriors did a wonderful job installing a new sunroom and pergola. It took a few months more than expected due to the supply chain issues that everyone is having. Our salesman, Mike, was excellent and showed us samples of the building materials which they would be using. We liked that he was able to work up a quote during his visit. The contractors which they used for the concrete slab did an outstanding job. The onsite crew of Jeff, TJ and Tanner were excellent to work with and answered any questions we had.
The pergola was installed by John in just one day and he did an excellent job also. Both crews cleaned up the work site very well before they left. We would definitely recommend Carolina Home Exteriors if you have a project of this nature.

We had an EZ Breeze Carolina Room installed and our construction process was very fast and professional with excellent communication all the way through from the contractors and installers . Our contractor/installer is Wallace – we can’t say enough fabulous words about the experience he provided for us. We will highly recommend the team to anyone. The only downside was the office communication when the job was initially first ordered. Overall we are very pleased with our experience.
