These rooms have non-insulated windows. They are designed for the person who wants to prolong the use of their deck area or concrete slab but does not want to put heat or air conditioning in and is on a tight budget. In most cases we would use the EZE-Breeze product in a three season room.
Our vertical 4-Track windows allow 75% ventilation in your porch enclosure of 3-Season sunroom. The 4-Track windows are adjustable allowing you to stack them up, down, or bunch in the middle. Made from vinyl, these windows are moare durable than glass and there are a variety of frame colors available as well as glazing tints. These shatter-proof windows are are custom designed to fit you existing openings and are perfect under existing roof applications. They come with full fiberglass mesh screen and have a stylish, modern design. With a full screen behind them these windows can be stacked either at the top or bottom. When the vinyl windows are closed tight during inclement weather, you will have an air tight room, keeping out everything you don’t want in, and they tilt in for easy cleaning,.
At the end of your project we will provide you with a closing packet and that includes detailed cleaning instructions. Do not use any glass cleaners, bleach or ammonia based products. We recommend Woolite, Murphy’s Oil or the approved vinyl cleaner.
Each of our sunrooms are designed to International Residential Code (IRC) standards. We have designs to withstand exterior conditions including high winds. Engineering specifications are available for exact requirements. Vinyl is a great insulator and does not deteriorate under most weather conditions.
Three-Seasons sunrooms are ideal for mild climates where the seasons aren’t too extreme. They’re not designed to be heated or cooled long-term, and they offer little protection from extreme temperatures.
