Mansard
The mansard roof is the most popular screen enclosure room. This stye of roof slopes upward on all sides and has a flat, level midsection. Because of it’s design, the mansard seems more open than other roof styles and gives the impression of more space. This roof can be used at any height on square box situations, also can be used to wrap around bump outs where riser walls are required. Mansard pool enclosures are the standard in the industry, unless there are situations of gables/a-frames.

Half-Mansard
The Half Mansard Roof can be used the same as full mansard with the benefit to the customer of lowering the front wall view to save money on square footage, generally used in situations of 12′ fascia or above or in situations where a gable is present, but the homeowner doesn’t want to follow the gable.
