Andrew the service guy came out to replace a bent screen. While he was here, he
made sure that all screens were securely embedded into the frames so they don’t fall
out and get damaged from wind. Andrew was very courteous. He showed me how to
replace the screens back in if we remove to clean.
We were so pleased with our experience with Carolina Home Exteriors! Our consultant, Mike Kinsey, was very thorough in his presentation and very patient in handling my questions. The office staff Mary and Janet were both very personable and helpful. Our installers, Matt and Denny, couldn’t have been more polite. They worked hard and kept us informed every step of the way. They cleaned up every day, The project manager, Anthony, was always on hand for consultation and came to check on the project and offer his expertise. Carolina Home Exteriors filed the permit, called for inspections, made sure we were happy and knew how to maintain our EZ breeze room before we made the final payment. We are so happy with the outcome and highly recommend this company and the people we encountered!
